I bought a replacement kitchen tap on line and phoned Martin to ask if he could fit it for me. He returned my call promptly and arranged to call in that afternoon. He expertly fitted the new tap (despite there being missing parts in the fixing kit) and at the same time sorted out the pipework under the sink. I was very pleased with his work and the charge was fair so I also asked him to replace a pop-up plug to the basin in the shower room. I would highly recommend Martin.
I cheekily, hopefully rang Martin on a Saturday and he arranged to come the following Monday which was pretty good service. He spent time making sure what the problem was with my loo flush, gave me very good advice on that and on other items I plan to install in the bathroom. He even showed me the products on my computer. He is helpful and resourceful and has good relations with his supplier. Within an hour he was back, having done another job in the meantime, with a new very good loo seat. I am very pleased with it all, he was already known to friends of mine it turned out. I would definitely recommend.
Called at 8:30 am with a seized stopcock and a leaking dishwasher, called back promptly and was here in an hour. Fixed all the issues was polite and conscientious and hard working coming up with ideas to fix what was a diy nightmare that was installed before we got the house.
